Supervised 23 union represented hourly employees in the assembly of unheated exhaust oxygen sensors. Responsibilities include product quality, volume attainment, scheduling, vendor interaction and development, and human resource issues.

Work included layout, estimation, construction supervision and financial management of various expansions, upgrade and cost saving projects throughout Decatur Plant, also functioned as a liaison between process engineers, contractors, vendors and consultant engineering firms.
