Manage 60 employees across seven sites catering to 450 at-risk youth referred via schools and social workers in Vancouver. Part of my role involves managing stakeholder relationships and non-profit partnerships to ensure successful programming and safe spaces for our youth during breaks when schools are closed. Leading with trauma-informed practice and positive child guidance strategies. Additionally, I designed and implemented the "Young Leaders Program" to help youth transition into high school and prepare for more responsibility as they enter their next phase of development.
