• Take inbound sales calls, provide towing solutions based on customer requirements, inputting orders from wholesale customers• Load and unload products from trailers using material handling equipment (EPM) • Store the products in proper places in warehouse • Sort, pack, wrap, tie and label products as per company procedures • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory• Clean work area and equipment regularly • Follow company standards and legal regulations to ensure safe and positive work atmosphere • Study production schedule to determine material requirements, movements and deliveries • Record information regarding movements of supplies, materials and finished products

• Assist customers in finding a vehicle suitable to their needs• Maintain yard presentation• Update enquires with the program Autogate• Reach monthly sales targets and closing ratios• Maintain a constant customer care with all customers• Follow the road to the sale• Take customers for demonstration drives• Incoming / outgoing mail

• Clean interior and exterior with hand, brushes and other relevant equipment• Polish vehicle and dry exterior, windshields, windows and mats• Vacuum interior and add air fresheners• Verify proper service stickers and number plates are attached to the vehicle• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies• Park and arrange vehicles for display and sale• Maintain work schedules of my team
