I have been working in primary care mental heath services for over a decade. I was previously employed by Mind BLMK for 8 years, as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner/ Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. I have since completed further training to qualify as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and I am accredited by the BABCP. I am now employed by East London Foundation NHS Trust, as part of the NHS talking therapies for Anxiety and Depression programme, formerly IAPT. I deliver Cognitive Behavioural Therapy on an individual basis, as well as group therapy in a primary care setting. I facilitate sessions face-face and online. I also facilitate psycho-educational courses as part of my role.Most recently I have developed my skill set further by completing accredited training in EMDR. I provide face-face EMDR therapy to clients in person and online.
