I spearheaded collaborative policy design involving Powerlink Queensland, internal experts, other agencies, and external stakeholders, resulting in the delivery of the draft REZ Roadmap within just 4 months. Additionally, I led the design and execution of a comprehensive engagement program across Queensland, which included surveys, focus groups, workshops, and formal submissions.
