I am a partner based in the Allens Sydney Disputes & Investigations Practice Group. My practice focuses on assisting clients with designing, reviewing, enhancing and remediating their compliance and governance frameworks and approach to risk management. I also have extensive experience of conducting cross-border investigations across a broad range of industries, jurisdictions and risk areas, including bribery and corruption, money laundering, fraud, insider training, market manipulation, false accounting and human rights. I have experience with a broad range of Australian and international agencies and regulators including ASIC, AFP, AUSTRAC, DFAT, SFO, DOJ, SEC and FCA. I spent a year on secondment at the SFO as an Investigative Lawyer in 2015 - 2016.
