I still own this property today and it continues to be an integral part of my portfolio and has performed brilliantly.After a career in media i eventually decided to take the plunge to invest heavily in property and make it my full time vocation. By ensuring i first invested my money and time in acquiring the knowledge i needed through training courses, seminars and networking events etc, has meant i have been able to achieve a level of financial freedom for my wife and I that gives us the flexibility we need with a young family. I strongly believe that property is a GREAT investment as long as you understand all aspects of the market you are buying into and adhere to a defined set of rules. I have continued to develop my knowledge and understanding of all aspects of property investments including HMO's, lease to let and off market lead generation to name a few. I have also been involved in a number of Joint Ventures with other investors and provide a consultancy based service on property investments to oversea investors looking at investing in the North West, helping them to build successful property portfolios.
