1. Manage, implement , evaluate territory and channel's strategy to ensure excellent execution inline with outlet's potency and consumer preference in order to optimize market opportunity and increased Sampoerna distribution performance2. Supervise the implementation strategic brand plans by ensuring appropriate call coverage, frequency and engagement activities, including cash receiveable & stock are conducted throughout theterritory to deliver sales volume and market share growth in support of the Area objectives.3. Plan, monitor and control the implementation of trade marketing activities (trade program & PPOSM) to ensure highest Sampoerna return of investment and relevant with Sampoerna policy and procedures, Indonesian laws/regulations and society expectation.4. Manage and implement strong business relationships with external (retailers, Key Account, vendors) and internal stakeholders (wholesale, marketing) to drive sales volume and market share in designated territory.5. Supervise the implementation of region and area initiatives targeting specific market (geographical) consumer opportunities to gain market share and sales volume from competitors.
