-Assisted in coordinating the TIMS/TIMSWeb database for all application, request, reports, and notifications associated with the GOMR Pipelines including those submittals for pipeline risers subject to platform verification related to deep water lease term and Right of Way pipelines attached to floating structures in the GOMR.-Managed the TIMS database for all applications. -Independently conducted a preliminary engineering technician evaluation of initial lease term and right-of-way applications for completeness of all administrative requirements, general safety and technical requirements, and compliance with all regulations, Notice to lessees and operators and pipeline ROW holders (NTLs), and other policies.-Processed ROW grant cessation of operations.-Performed evaluation and subsequently assists pipeline section in the processing of pipeline repair plans and the acceptance of pipeline repair reports.-Ran queries to determine the status of submitted pipeline applications.-Independently reviewed, evaluated and processed pipeline construction reports, specifically the pressure test data submitted.-Ran queries to determine the status of pipelines that have been installed for more than 20 years to identify companies that are to submit cathodic protection reports.-Initiated the coordination with the Pipeline Program Specialist, pipeline staff engineers, and appropriate BOEM staff who are responsible for the legal, geotechnical and environment review phases of the proposed lease term and pipeline ROW grant and associated ROW pipeline applications.-Reviewed and evaluated As Built and Modification Completion Report, Lease Term and Right-of-Way Completion Report, and Decommissioning Completion Report.-Worked extensively with federal, state agencies and private industry to accomplish the collection of all proper statistical information.-Input Pipeline Data Analysis in ASCII format into ArcGIS
