Currently working as an Options Analyst where I support Options Lead, project stakeholders within Sainsburys Bank and strategic third party suppliers with successful impact assessment and delivery of option work within change portfolio and BAU Operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyse and trace business and technical requirements through lifecycle of projects to ensure these are all met.Ensure the business requirements of stakeholders are considered in Option changes.Support the successful transition of change into BAU ensuring risk profile is understood and agreed by relevant stakeholders.Positively influence the continuous improvement of processes for Option Analysis.

This role involves coordinating with technical teams and business users to define business values and technical solutions that would improve the service. In doing so, I provide assistance in process improvement activities and in the development of procedures and policies as well as managing and maintaining internal and external vendor and key stakeholder relationships to ensure timely delivery of services, and excellent customer satisfaction. In my role I also provide systems support for any changes made to existing business environments, coordinate with partners to develop data models in order to generate reports and analytical solutions, and develop and deliver customer training. I also take ownership of team and departmental key tasks and create modular documentation.

Key responsibilities:• Producing health and safety files to ensure that all documentation was in place and fully completed when construction projects ended.• Liaising with clients, contractors and designers via phone and email.• Producing written correspondence in order to obtain essential information necessary to compile the files.

When my employment ended at Aviva the opportunity of a ‘trip of a lifetime’ arose. During this time, I travelled extensively throughout South America, Australia and South East Asia. This trip gave invaluable insight into alternate cultures and allowed me to experience activities that pushed me outside of my comfort zone.

Key responsibilities: • Working in a department producing correspondence for new customers and Financial Advisors.• Ensuring that all financial documentation was in place and fully completed to audit standards as well as calculating Financial Advisors’ commission payments.• Liaising with both external and internal customers by phone and producing written correspondence.• Seconded to Cambridge for one month during the acquisition of a competitor’s organisation.• Responsibility for learning all the acquired organisation’s in-house procedures and processes and transferring them to Aviva.• Required to be highly organised in order to manage financial documents and to ensure completion was in line with audit standards.• Responsible for handling customers’ complaints when raised to the IFA, which were often of a sensitive nature.• Trained colleagues in new systems and was responsible for ensuring that the web-based application process for external customers met IFA standards.
