Empire Z is an awesome company with the added bonus of being able to work with fun, hip coworkers each unique in their own way and everyone so full of energy and absolute passion for sales and marketing. Bing, the CEO, is also super cool and I got to learn so many sales techniques and strategies which I will definitely be proud to take with me to future sales opportunities. Door to door sales is definitely an interesting style of sales and may be one of the most challenging in terms of walking and knocking on doors for hours only to find that one house with the sale waiting for you like a golden ticket. It takes patience, persistence, perseverance, and grit in order to stick it out. Props to everyone and good luck on becoming your own CEO! Woot woot!

I worked in two primary schools teaching English to French speaking children ages 6 - 12. I utilized a wide range of teaching methods, including interactive discussions, games, arts and crafts, sports, and song and dance. My favorite aspect of the job was being able to help the children strengthen interpersonal skills, creativity, and autonomy with topics that included diversity, culture, history, geography, politics, social issues, and so much more. I also learned a lot, so we shared amongst one another. I believe the children learned more because lessons were fun and exciting: Learning is Fun!

My interest in the hospitality industry began in 2002 during high school as one of my first jobs was working front desk at a Comfort Inn. Since then I have usually had a job within the hospitality industry, working as a front desk agent, customer care representative, housekeeper, maintenance, security, driver, bartender, front desk supervisor, front office manager, and sales manager. I've grown increasingly passionate for a career in hospitality over the years and have always wanted to own a hotel of my own. I have been hosting travelers since 2009 through Couchsurfing as a free service just for fun. Then I discovered AirBnb in 2013 and fell in love with being able to turn homes or anything really, into a successful hospitality business. I do not currently host as I am still in the moving process, but that will change once I am settled again. However, I still enjoy helping others have success in running perfect 5-star rated hospitality business by offering consultation and training in areas such as business and property development, marketing techniques, revenue management, and customer service.
