Designed and managed the digital marketing strategy, cybersecurity strategy and employeedevelopment. At Noble Drilling, managed the project teams implementing PKI/NAP, a safety manual for use on iPads. Led the project team at Paragon Drilling to migrate the company’s legacy-based intranet conversion,managed services for SharePoint, and additional intranet content. At National Oilwell Varco lead theproject team to implement a SharePoint-based application for vendor vetting. Managed the rewriteof a commercial, customer-facing, software application used for managing wholesale food distribution.

Established and managed the PMO for the Pharmacy Solutions R&D department. Managed the release of the R x e-search TM commercial software application that was developed to increase business revenue by introducing a new and unique data and analytics software package to the acute care hospital market to help pharmacy leaders control drug spend.

Managed the development of the ‘IT Info Center’ portal for end-user self-service utilizing SharePoint andIntuit’s Track-It ticketing system. Managed the implementation and integration of a legacy RPG-basedshipping and logistics application and an outsourced .NET logistics application. IT lead and projectanalyst on an Operational Excellence Black Belt project that improved ‘Pay By Scan’ product sell-throughto The Home Depot by $1.4MM annually.
