Designed and implemented talent and succession planning processes and technology to capture talent data and identify potential successors. Learning and DevelopmentPrepared 200 high potential executives for greater levels of responsibility via a data driven individualized assessment, action planning and learning process that was over-indexed for diversity. The organization gained insights to inform talent decisions and participants gained insights into the leadership requirements at the next level via feedback exercises and a story based leadership summary. Designed and implemented development programs including individual and group executive development, coaching and mentoring.Executive Talent Staffing and DevelopmentDefined the leadership, role and cultural requirements for 300 VP and higher roles. These position profiles and associated assessment exercises helped inform executive selection, development and onboarding decisions. Designed and implemented an enterprise-wide process to showcase diverse, ready-to-move talent and identified 75+ possible internal candidates for open executive roles. Diversity Equity and InclusionDefined and introduced Quality Conversations concepts and tools, led the introduction of Leadership Guiding Principles, put an inclusive leader feedback assessment into place, integrated DEI into the executive coaching practice and implemented executive development DEI programs.
