Learning and DevelopmentPrepared 200 high potential executives for greater levels of responsibility via a data driven individualized assessment, action planning and learning process that was over-indexed for diversity. The organization gained insights to inform talent decisions and participants gained insights into the leadership requirements at the next level via feedback exercises and a story based leadership summary. Led Parks and Resorts HR Business Partner professional services team of 30 HRBPs supporting client groups Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, Facilities and Technology. Enabled business strategies by delivering integrated and inclusive HR services, such as: Strategy Development, Organization Design, Talent Management, Learning Solutions, Work Force Reduction and Employee Relations.

Led the Parks and Resorts Organization Development function comprised of 32 professionals. Accomplishments included enabling a business-wide reorganization that consolidated separate theme park resort sites and support functions. Delivered over 250 OD projects per year ranging from aligning and communicating strategy to organizing work and people to change management. Seven percent of these projects were measured to the ROI level resulting in a net savings of $2.5 million. Previous role was Manager, Organization Development.
