Set operational goals and targets to include, budgeting, cash flow, inventory management. Responsible for financial reporting, P&L analysis, accounts payable, scouting/opening new locations, lease negotiation. Operate as city/state liaison for licenses/permits/compliance. Additionally, work with brokers to establish annual worker’s comp/liability insurance coverage, calculate and file tax documents.Team Leadership and Development:Talent acquisition and employee development. Establish and monitor processes/standards of work. Responsible for managing employee schedules, conflict resolution, and identifying new opportunities for efficiency improvements. Implement employee training programs. Create and deliver employee performance reviews and determine succession planning. Human Resources Management:Payroll and benefits administration to encompass all employee changes related to compensation, adjustments in status and deductions. Oversee time and attendance, process garnishments, child support orders, workers compensation reports, and employee verification requests. Maintain HRIS database to ensure accurate eligibility date, enrollment, deductions, and process contributions for company health benefits. Work with brokers to create cost effective/competitive health insurance program, manage open enrollment process, and communicate coverage premium changes to staff.
