I started my role as divisional manager in Harrods responsible for the homewares business and developed this to achieve growth higher than the previous 5 years , I then moved to the Ladies division and developed the team to deliver the strongest sales and service results within the business at that time. I was responsible for 7 direct reports and a head count of 320.

I started my career in Habitat as a weekend sales associate and grew through the management tiers of Team manager , store manager and finally regional manager of the south east. When leaving the business my region had moved 2 position in p+l ranking second only to capital.
