2013-2014 with client Erie Insurance GroupConducted a Dragon web application system assessment consisting of performance and scalability reviews. The performance review included authoring technical design/re-design documents and correcting performance issues identified in the assessment. The scalability review included product design recommendations, including adjustments of system architecture and code needed to meet the go-forward plan for new product offerings. Provided technical analysis for client specified “pain points” within the application.
