I provide legal and coverage advice to the claim, underwriting and product development organizations on liability claims and manage coverage litigation throughout the country. I routinely counsel on matters involving high exposure claims under Commercial General Liability, Personal and Advertising Injury, Public Officials & Employment Practices Liability, Law Enforcement Liability, Commercial Auto and Employer's Liability policies.I previously was Senior Counsel at The Hartford in the Coverage Unit. I managed coverage litigation and provided legal advice relating to Commercial General Liability, Personal and Advertising Injury, Financial Products, Cyber, Life Science, Commercial Auto and Personal Auto claims.I also provided coverage advice, managed litigation and assisted with policy drafting for Hartford's Y-Risk book, which insures sharing and on-demand companies. Further, I was the primary coverage attorney for TPA accounts and claims.Prior to joining The Hartford, I was in private practice for six years and handled complex claims involving professional malpractice, first-party insurance defense, construction law and appellate law. Prior to that, I had the privilege of clerking for Justice Dennis Eveleigh at the Connecticut Supreme Court. I graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law, summa cum laude, in 2012.
