I re-assumed the role of Managing Director after the departure of our interim Project Lead and had the task to stabilise the organization throughout an uncertain period for our key job markets. I had to secure the longer-term future of the organization wrt funding, organizational development and strategic direction, setting us up for the next organizational stage. This included hiring key new staff members and re-assessing the roles and responsibilities of our board.The goal of this tenure was to establish a new team, secure our financial position and hand over the operations to a successor. It's an unusual career objective to make yourself redundant, but I believe it's the natural culmination of the Founder's role.

I started the Danish chapter of an international non-profit organization helping IT-educated refugees & migrants accelerate their entry to the IT-job market. The most essential part of the role was getting the project off the ground without any pre-existing funding or network which above all required gaining the trust of the various stakeholders - volunteers, funders & course participants."HackYourFuture supports refugees, asylum seekers and marginalised groups with limited access to the Danish labour market in acquiring the necessary skills to become web-developers and entering a very in-demand job market. Our goal is not only to educate our students, but also to guide them towards employment and integrate them into the developer community."

In my time at new creations I assisted the Business Manager in most operational tasks and helped professionalise the company at a critical juncture of growing from a small local production company to an international one active in various industries including film and TV production, animation, publishing and content creation.

Conducted a scientific study through the Department for Anthropogeography at the University of Passau concerning the planned construction of an energy storage plant in Riedl / Bavaria and its effects on local tourism and economy. The process included qualitative interviews with key stakeholders, as well as a mail-in survey for quantitative data collection in the ~1000 concerned households and attending and presenting at council meetings.

Working in the Still Drinks Business unit, Marketing department. Completed a market analysis that projected the share relative to the category growth, taking data from A.C. Nielsen and various other databases to calculate both volume and dollar share for Coca-Cola Ltd in the key juice category. Worked with internal associates and external agencies to ensure that the Minute Maid website was seamlessly updated with up to date graphics and messaging on the new Minute Maid NFC product.
