As Director of Community Relations my main role is to manage referral marketing and community outreach programs, as well as to manage client care and family relationships. Additionally, I provide community education seminars on brain health focusing on balanced care for seniors and our trademarked Cognitive Therapeutics Method which has been shown to delay the progression of dementia. I also work within the senior care giving community to build relationships, increase referral source knowledge, and advocate for quality care for seniors.

As CEO of Pronghorn Psychiatry I developed and implemented the strategic plan, operating budget, capital budget, and secured all local and state licenses for operation and practice. I created and implemented our IT infrastructure, implemented and supervised our clinical practice, created and maintained contracts for all medical and psychiatric practitioners, vendors, and support staff, including contracts for payroll services, workers comp coverage, employee insurance program, liability coverage for the facility and staff including the board of directors. I also was responsible for the creation and implementation of quality control measures, the creation of the policy and procedure manual, all physical plant and planning activities, and Joint Commission Accreditation. I was hired to open and create Pronghorn Psychiatry from the ground up. Upon my departure, Pronghorn is functioning within budget, has tripled it's average daily census, has 1.8 million dollars in guaranteed contract revenue, and is months away from securing Joint Commission Accreditation.

As Director of Northern Arizona, I am responsible for the growth, development, and management of all programs in Northern Arizona. I provide management to staff, clinical supervision, and staff development. As an Organization we provide Individual, Group, and Family Therapy, as well as leadership programs for minority populations, and several community based initiatives to improve the lives of our clients. We are actively involved in improving health and mental health care for individuals in Arizona.

As Coordinator II, I was responsible for the management of multiple sites in the Prescott/Prescott Valley area including outpatient and methadone services. It was my job to ensure that operations were efficient, effective, and warranted, as well as to act in the community as a representative of SBH Services. Additionally, I provided all of the Clinical Supervision to staff, provided staff development, and ensured that 800+ clients were being served effectively.
