At JLL Capital Markets I represent developers and owners of commercial real estate projects in arranging asset-level financings and joint venture equity partnerships. In my time at JLL and HFF, which merged with JLL in 2019, I have assisted clients in over $3 billion of transactions across all product types within commercial real estate.

High-profile projects as a manager in the company's corporate finance group included preparing underwriting analyses for the entire $38 billion real estate portfolio and creating a radicaly improved model for forecasting the company's earnings and liquidity.

Working in the capital markets group during the global financial crisis, my work was critical to successfully executing the company's debt restructuring plan as part of its bankruptcy. In this role, I collaborated with reorganization consultants and counsel, and negotiated favorable payment terms on more than $10 billion of restructured CMBS debt.
