As Quality Manager, I ensure that all quality control procedures are followed, maintained and continuously improving. This is ensured by having created and personally overseeing Airbase Service Canada’s Quality Assurance Program nationwide, which meets the highest standards, set by Transport Canada Requirements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :•Complete internal audits and provide assistance for external auditors, including Air Canada, B/E Aerospace and Recaro at YUL, YYZ and YVR sites•Control and maintain technical library•Review and approve technical data and engineering drawings•Manage Airbase Service Canada training program by providing initial, updated and recurrent trainings to all employees and ensure that employee files are current•Ensure vendor certification and authority, including completing vendor questionnaires for customers

While leading a team of 4 to 20 members, I oversaw the activities of a fleet of 7 Merlin Mk 1 helicopters, including all pre-flight and after-flight servicing of the aircraft. My responsibilities included maintenance to avionics systems, as well as scheduled, corrective and conditioned based maintenance activities.
