Average workload:1. Identify potential brand partners for clients based around niche, size, and messaging gaps.2. Build out client profiles to pitch to potential brands. This primarily consists of detailing the monetary value my clients can bring to a brand through sales, exposure, or associated brand equity.3. Manage existing deals to ensure contractual obligations are being upheld.4. Financial management, managing our cashflow and ensuring we maintain an appropriate amount of liquidity and credit on hand.

I manage all the boring aspects of running a business.I primarily focus on two domains of our company. The GTM strategy, and our capital structure.As a small family owned company I designed our GTM strategy to leverage our low operating costs while leaving us room for scalability. We leverage e-commerce to reach customers all over the nation. While also operating as a regional vendor to inject a large amount of cashflow on a monthly basis. Even as a very small company we have high scalability as we are not solely focused on operating as a retail chain. We also operate as a wholesaler selling our best selling products to local and national boutiques and stores.A long-term goal of this would be to operate a small warehouse, a small storefront in a high traffic area, and secure high value wholesale contracts as our primary revenue stream.Our capital structure was a headache to develop. We initially bootstrapped the company with minimal debt financing for assets and operating expenses. We made the decision to transition from an LLC to corporation to give us more growth potential when raising debt and equity funding in the future. Currently we primarily fund operations through debt financing, with the founders equity being utilized for liquidity. This allows us to focus on generating as much revenue as possible, and reinvesting all of our profits into equipment, inventory, and wages for part timers.

To include, requesting collateral documentation from external partners, reporting key metrics to internal stakeholders, analyzing production trends.Identified friction points in team processes and introduced process solutions with supporting data.Monitored logistical chain of collateral between clients, custodians, and internal parties. To ensure integrity of documentation.

Built and project managed a Summer Internship Program, for the Capital Markets business area. It included 10 events over 3 months to provide interns with a robust developmental experience.Partnered with executives to identify program goals. And coordinated efforts with key stakeholders and leaders across four business areas.Worked as an instructional designer for projects on the Capital Markets Post Closing Training Team.Lead multiple projects to create role specific, instructor led training material, and resources.

Student at the United States John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School from 2018-2019. Went on to serve with the 1st battalion 508th parachute infantry regiment from 2019-2022. Served in every capacity within an infantry platoon from rifleman up to rifle squad leader. Experience leading formations as small as four team members, and as large as 20 to achieve mission objectives. As well I conducted supplementary tasks as a company level administrative officer in the operations room. Responsible for day to day support functions to the unit. Over five years I had one combat deployment to Afghanistan. As well as deploying in support of NATO missions in Poland, and Estonia.
