Hello! I'm Christopher Knowles, a highly motivated and bilingual professional with a passion for business and economics. Fluent in both French and English, and proficient in Spanish, I thrive in international settings, facilitating effective communication with diverse clients and cultures.Education has been a cornerstone of my journey. I earned a distinguished 2-1 Joint Honours degree in Business and Economics from Trinity College Dublin, where I also published my thesis on "Consumer Behaviour in Sports Fans" with first honours. Trinity's prestigious reputation and commitment to academic excellence have molded me into a future-ready business leader.Throughout my academic journey, I embraced opportunities for growth and cultural enrichment, spending a semester abroad at Smith's College, Queen's University Ontario. The experience not only expanded my horizons but also enhanced my adaptability and cultural sensitivity.I've had the privilege of gaining valuable work experience in various domains. Most recently my 6 month internship at Envirodrink LLC gave me valuable insights into how businesses operate in North America. This multifaceted internship gave me experience in website design, inventory management, customer and manufacturer relations, as well as ad development, culminating in the development of a skill set that will assist me in any business environment. These skills are complemented by my sales experience I got working as a sales rep for D:OZ, where I used my bilingualism in French and English to assist a french furnishing company in expanding their sales into the Dublin Market. Finally, my current job as a marketing consultant at Elia Associates Law firm has rounded out my business acumen, by refining my understanding of consumer behaviour and social media marketing. The development of these skills have nurtured my ability to develop brands and increase customer interactions.Beyond academics and work, I actively engage in extracurricular involvement. I'm a member of the Dublin Business and Economics Society, where I participate in stimulating discussions and network with professionals in the field.
