Our team recently created over 30 thousand hours of efficiencies, opening up strategic capacity within HR teams to work at the top of their skillsets.My specialties include quickly learning how to leverage the talents of my team to tackle the most challenging problems. I've led teams as varied as the HR service desk, Onboarding & Compliance, Time and Labor, HR Operations, Benefits and Leave administration, and most recently, HRIS. I'm a PowerPlatform addict and love looking for new and innovative ways to improve work dynamics in an increasingly complex digital age of work. Most importantly, I love the process of scaling labor-intensive operational work into enterprise solutions. At the core, I'm just a dad with 4 children and this spills over into the way I manage my team. I love networking and building personal connections with others.
