•Along with the Resident Director, responsible for the administration of University at Buffalo (UB)’s Singapore-based undergraduate degree programs, with an enrollment of 1,500 students in six majors.•Coordinate the study abroad application process for the UB Bound program, a chance for Singapore students to study at the home campus in Buffalo.•Conduct briefing sessions and pre-departure orientations for UB Bound students.•Advise students on study abroad opportunities at other universities in the U.S. and abroad.•Coordinate the application and selection process for a semester-long, merit based scholarship for study in Buffalo.•Prepare and conduct briefing sessions for prospective students and parents; and student orientation programs.•Visit local secondary schools, international schools, and junior colleges to recruit students to enroll in the program.•Prepare student handbooks, informational packages, and other program documents.•Work with the Study Abroad staff in Buffalo to recruit Buffalo home campus students to study in Singapore, including planning remote information sessions and pre-departure orientations.•Arrange housing and conduct on-site orientation sessions with visiting students from Buffalo.•Coordinate the application process and inductions for Buffalo-based organizations, including Phi Beta Kappa and Psi Chi.•Provide orientation, social activities, and logistical support for visiting (University at Buffalo and US-hired) instructors.•Prepare instructor handbooks, informational packages, and administrative documents.•Inspect course syllabi and final exams, ensuring compliance with UB and Singapore Ministry of Education requirements.•Investigate disputed grades, cases of violation of academic integrity and student conduct.•Serve as the Singapore-based liaison for the UB Alumni Association’s Singapore chapter.•Plan and implement alumni events in coordination with UB Alumni Association staff at the home campus.

•Served as live-in director of both traditional and apartment-style residence halls at a mid-sized, private regional university.•Advised students on various issues, including academic matters, study skills, transition issues, and conflict resolution.•Supervised and trained hall staff, including resident assistants and office assistants•Led weekly staff meetings and bi-weekly individual meetings with resident assistants.•Performed on-call duties, which include responding to crisis situations in conjunction with other campus offices including Public Safety, Counseling Center, and Student Health.•Conducted student conduct hearings and determined sanction decisions.•Maintained programming budget for social and educational programs in the residence halls.
