Joined UOB as a Product Manager for Electronic Delivery Channels, focusing on new regional corporate internet platform covering Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong and China. Working with counterparts in various countries to gather and manage requirements for the regional platform; engage stakeholders such as Group Risk Management, Group Compliance and Group Audit new product development and establishing operational processes for the new regional platform such as customer setups and exception cases handling.

Joined OCBC as a Business IT and Solution Delivery Manager in the Global Corporate Bank division to co-ordinate and implement system solutions for business units in Singapore & overseas branches, including tracking & managing project timelines & supporting post-implementation activities; working closely with business units to ensure system features and functionalities are fully utilized while strengthening internal controls & processes to improve operational efficiency.
