I deliver experienced counseling and representation in employment law, commercial litigation, professional liability, workers’ compensation, and construction and contract litigation. I focus my current practice on representing individuals and organizations in commercial and employment litigation, including business disputes, contract disputes, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, employee raiding, unfair competition, discrimination, wrongful termination, defamation, wage and hour law, and deferred compensation. I have obtained injunctions enforcing non-solicitation agreements and protecting confidential client information, and have recovered trade secret and proprietary information in federal and state courts throughout the country, including courts in PA, NJ, NY, DC, OH, ME, KY, MO, NC, NV, AZ, TN, and FL. I also have significant experience in FINRA, AAA, and JAMS arbitration. Outside of the courtroom, I counsel employers regarding enterprise-wide personnel and business initiatives, employment agreements, terminations and reduction in force, e-discovery, internal investigations, compliance and privacy matters.
