Monitoring and Evaluation Lead provides technical leadership, oversight and strategic direction for monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities in ten Counties in Western & North Rift. The M&E Lead provides technical leadership to develop project framework, plans and indicators to capture performance results and provide effective, accurate and timely monitoring, evaluation and reporting of all project activities. The M&E Lead supervises and manage the M&E team to design and implement project M&E activities, ensuring that lessons learned are integrated into project implementation to continuously improve quality of interventions and outcomes. The M&E Lead is responsible for documenting and disseminating project successes and challenges to USAID. The M&E Lead is responsible for designing and conducting operations research. In addition liaise with consortium partners and the Ministry of Health to implement monitoring and evaluation activities.

Nakuru

Managing comprehensive clinical information resource for the APHIAPlus Rift project, ensure consistency and integrity of data; oversee collection and reporting of complex information, interpret data (including statistical values) and provide advice regarding implications. Participating in other activities related to HMIS, research, targeted evaluation, surveillance surveys and monitoring and evaluation as well as provide assistance and training to system users.

Providing technical guidance in designing, development and use of Monitoring and Evaluation systems and data capture tools to meet the demands for the APHIAPlus Nairobi-Coast project which covered 6 counties in Nairobi and Coast provinces

Collecting, compiling of data and assist in interpreting them.,Developing and updating district database.Performing data entry and cleaning to ensure its quality.Compile monthly reports and data and disseminate to relevant partnersProducing and submitting facility feedback reports to all the PMTCT and ART sites in the four districts.Ensure effective and efficient and effective provision of supplies to enhance provision of PMTCT and ART services by using the monthly statistics. Training and orientating health care providers in the district on record keeping and on how to fill the PMTCT and ART registers.Organize and coordinate trainings of TOTs and health service providers within the district on PMTCT in liaison with the District coordinator.
