Used .net core to develop our primary product - “Plasma”, a cloud-based Salesforce automation and integration suite. Wrote both customer admin front-end, and back-end (rest API, database). Created pluggable .net core architecture with custom SDK that allows users to build their own custom solutions. Wrote distributed and multi-threaded queue processor in c# core to handle large jobs efficiently. Developed Apex code generation tool in c# to help automate the creation of apex classes, triggers, and other constructs. Implemented six instances of Salesforce across the various corporate divisions of this $1b+ company. Created custom objects and customized existing objects. Performed initial data loads using accounting data. Created custom training for end-users for initial deployment as well as ongoing changes (written, hands-on, and group training). Wrote custom applications using Apex + the Lightning Platform., .NET, and the Salesforce API to automate various processes and synchronize data with internal back office systems (e.g. JDE) and external cloud feeds (data sources at partner companies). Developed various data cleaning automations to periodically scan and correct data issues in various data sources (Sql Server, JDE, ftp csv files, etc.) Responsible for administration + maintenance of various sql databases, IIS servers, and ftp servers, as well as SFDC instances. Developed data warehouse (Sql Server, C#, MVC) to aggregate all information from their various Salesforce instances. Information was captured via SFDC rest API (initially SOAP). Allowed upper management visibility into global sales metrics for all their subsidiaries. Developed reporting and notification tools (C#) for all automations that kept me (and others) informed of any errors or problems.

Developed Windows Forms application for firewall vendor’s line of hardware products using C# and the IIS API. Created c# libraries to support the interaction between the API and the UI. Worked directly with hardware engineers and product development team to ensure customer satisfaction of resulting software.

Developed ASP.NET 2.0 GUI for HP’s intranet portal, supporting 40,000 users around the globe. Architected and developed integration application in Sql 2005 using the .net CLR with c# to synchronize data from an external vendor’s web service to an internally designed ERP database. Developer on SalesForce integration implementation, using custom web services along with SalesForce’s API. Deployed SharePoint MOSS 2007 for intranet usage. Also wrote numerous Parts for custom display of internal sql data. Architected and developed placement management portal for project-based consultants. Team lead for a variety of infrastructure project designs and maintenance systems. Responsible for managing security of entire WAN, including Checkpoint Firewall and SQL databases. Responsible for managing SQL 6.5 to 7 migration of all corporate + client databases. Founded and developed this pre-web fax-on-demand information retrieval service for small businesses of the Pioneer Valley. Responsible fax-on-demand database design and development, as well as data reporting and analysis. Interacted with clients from project start to finish, ensuring business goals were achieved. Created, developed, and marketed the “Martha’s Vineyard Information Hotline” for the Island’s residents and guests. Systems used DOS and Novell operating systems in both stand-alone and networked products, running both Access and SQL, along with various proprietary architectures.
