After years of writing code from one dead end job to another, I’m saying eff it! I want to spent the rest of my life, broke or not, doing something I’m actually passionate about. I worked with the legacy information system, Meditech, to gather meaningful clinical data into reports for the facility owners. I worked with staff to improve user input for more accurate reporting. I also took opportunities to make improvements to processes by building user tools with VBA and Microsoft Excel to create reports and capture meaningful data not gathered from the legacy system. I used OracleXE to house the additional data and compile reports that were otherwise unavailable through the use of Meditech alone.
