Serve as a key management player in a fast-paced, high-growth targeted marketing company serving the automotive industry. Responsible for daily operations to meet the multi-million dollar, national mailing needs of Team Velocity’s marketing efforts, within the rules and regulations of the U.S. postal service and to maintain and establish cost effective best practices and budgeting. Stationed on-site at U.S. Post Office daily and serve as the liaison between Team Velocity marketing post-production, warehouse team and Dulles U.S. Post Office Postmaster and Bulk Mail Division staff. I maintain a professional working relationship to ensure Team Velocity is in compliance with regulations and is aware of rate and shipping changes. I also work closely with and report to the Marketing Manager.

Oversees warehouse staff, equipment, process and strategy related to digital printing, finishing and fulfillment. · Manage print shop within a multi-million dollar real estate marketing firm· Manage and supervise a team of press operators and couriers including scheduling, daily work flow and performance· Prepare, operate and troubleshoot a variety of hardware including Xerox iGen4 Press, Pitney Bowes mailing machines, off set press, cutters, coaters, binders, scorers and staplers, Xerox SC 1000 Digital Color press, Bindery Equipment (Cutter, Collator, Folder, Shrink-Wrap Machine, Laminator)· Support mail operations as needed, including assembling, sorting and handling mail with postage and managing the delivery to mailing houses and the USPS· Manage inventory of paper, machine parts, office supplies, printer parts and all other supplies· Work with mailing houses and USPS to ensure USPS regulations are met for direct mailings· Attend management meetings to discuss problematic areas and suggest steps for improvement of equipment and other processes including budget and inventory and purchasing· Work directly with clients to ensure timeliness and quality of printed materials· Responsible for opening and closing print shop including proper shut down of equipment· Determine job specs-number of copies, type/size of paper stock, colors of ink and registration· Direct contact and liaison for all post-production equipment and service vendors· Maintain manual and automated inventory systems as materials are ordered, received and dispensed· Produce and analyze reports to inventory and identify items that need ordering or need to be discarded· Produce materials for executive level management· Participate in competitive purchasing processes· Initiate the purchase approval process and ordering supplies and equipment· Oversee the receipt process and/or receiving supplies and equipment delivered and assist with stocking, inventory, and distribution of supplies· Manage post-production (print, scoring, coating, cutting) from start to finish-printing high end collateral

· Oversee and manage a data center at a leading global provider of web hosting and cloud services.· Manage and supervise a team of data center staff· Use diagnostic tools to inspect, test and maintain company-wide battery backup systems and generator systems· Install, pull, punch and test single and multi-line CAT5 and fiber optic cables· Monitor, troubleshoot and install Cisco routers, catalyst systems and other network equipment· Field service calls with data center using the escalation process to inform and address issues· Oversee on-site vendors and manage all maintenance and service contracts· Responsible for opening and closing data center
