Lead operations manager of a 34-person Advisor Team supporting Security Force operations in Africa to increase foreign partners’ capacity and capability. Prioritizes unit resources including time, equipment readiness, and budget to accomplish assigned missions and training for advisory employment. Accounts and maintains $47 million of organizational property.

Led an 11-person Advisory Team executing Security Force operations in Morocco and managed equipment readiness worth $10 million. Developed means to strengthen partner networks and Moroccan Security Forces to increase their capacity to provide national and regional security, facilitating national strategic initiatives.

Led 140-person team on an 18-hour notice rapid deployment to Afghanistan in 2021 for the Kabul evacuation. Ensured readiness through development and execution of rigorous training, maintenance, and Soldier support programs to maintain a high state of discipline and morale. Maintained and employed $14 million of equipment.

Assisted Battalion Operations Officer in planning, coordinating resources, and synchronizing training, equipment, and people in support of a 700-person Battalion. Planned future operations, liaised to higher headquarters, drafted Battalion policy, managed training calendars, and synchronized land and ammunition resourcing across the Battalion in conjunction with major training events and while deployed in Iraq.

Fort Cavazos, Texas

Second-in-command of 180-person Headquarters Company. Led 20-person team in resourcing and synchronizing efforts across functions of logistics, maintenance, supply discipline, and operations across the Middle East and at the National Training Center. Maintained the readiness and accountability of $230 million of equipment and 78 vehicles for two operational employments.

Fort Cavazos, Texas

Led a 35-person team during Korean operational rotation. Planned, resourced, and trained my team for tactical employment and maintenance operations of four Bradley Fighting Vehicles and organizational property worth $21 million.
