I have experience in the operational risk management process, specifically risk and control self assessments (RCSAs). I facilitate the communication and challenging of risks and controls for various business areas at SMBC. I manage the documentation of feedback provided from domain subject matter experts as part of the 2nd line of defense processes. This process also includes the generation and review of RCSA workshop decks which I run through excel macros. In my free time, I enjoy searching for new music (with my playlist recently passing 1,800 songs) and playing team-based strategy video games. I try to seek out music and entertainment from outside of the United States and love learning about new cultures (especially if there is a meal involved).
