For the first half of my work career, I focused on retail, not because of a seemingly easy skillset, but because I was enthralled with the customer interaction. As such, I have roughly 15 years of experience in retail. During this time, I focused on providing customers with excellent face to face customer service, accuracy in all documentation and monetary transactions, and providing a safe and sanitary environment for customers and employees. In 2012, I took on a production role. I became a donut fryer for Ridley's Family Markets. This position was an eye-opening experience as it allowed me to view retail the retail industry from a different perspective. This position allowed me to focus on accuracy and timeliness.In 2013, I enrolled in Stevens-Henager College in the Business Administration and Accounting program.In 2014, I switched careers and became a caregiver for individuals with developmental disabilities. I was promoted to Program Supervisor within my first year. As a supervisor, I specialized in creating a fun, safe, productive, and comfortable atmosphere for client and employee alike.
