Aggressively implemented the Sales and marketing strategy in my Region, making sure unparalleled product availability in the market hence always surpassing Sales targets. Also closely monitored Franchisees serving my markets as per company arrangement, making sure there are no gaps in the market, intervening with direct deliveries in case of product shortages for whatever reason.

I was in charge of presenting various vehicles to customers basing on their various needs, attending to Government tenders and prospecting for potential customers. In addition, I took charge of recommending service options for customers in my Region.

Starting as a Graduate Trainee, I was exposed to all major functions of the Organization spending quality time in the Production, Finance, Engineering /Maintenance and finally settling in the Sales and marketing department. The structured training led to my appointment as Area Sales manager(Bread division) in charge of business development, shelf product display, returns management and subordinate staff supervision.
