• Acted as the face of the theatre for all visitors and audiences during show times, including taking full responsibility for front-of-house set-up, box office stock, operations, customer service, and systems.• Led operational activities for front-of-house during show times, coordinating with rest of the team(including duty technicians, stage managers) to ensure the smooth and seamless running of performances.• Ushered inside the auditorium, upholding and enforcing all visiting company procedures.• Managed health and safety for the theatre and ensure correct evacuation procedure are followed and that health and safety are adhered to in line with the theatre's policy.• Ensured auditoriums and foyer areas are safe and clean and secure at the end of each performance

Working on; private parties & corporate functions. During my tenure, I also cooked for an event during the recording of Big Brother House 2006 - 2007.
