Shift Supervisor, supervising up to 15 guards, depending on day. - Assisting managing internal communications with security and office staff via radio, phone, and email, externalcommunications with contractors and emergency personnel via phone and radio, and monitoring CCTV to address requests for service, dispatch emergency services, and manage building access.- Writing detailed reports for incidents during shifts while also maintaining a detailed daily memo book.- Updating and maintaining accurate logbooks, documents, evidence, and databases throughout the shift.- Reviewing and extracting footage for law enforcement requests.- Responding to incidents including trespassing (as per the Trespass to Property Act), medical emergencies, and other crime-related occurrences (ex: theft, property damage, assault).- Interacting with athletes, entertainers, fans, guests, staff and co-workers with respect, discretion, and confidentially while providing the highest level of customer service possible- Creating and maintaining training material and providing in-person training to new building guards.- Conducting foot and mobile patrols to ensure the health and safety of staff, contractors, and the public by identifying and reporting hazardous conditions as well as advising of Rogers Centre policies and general information.

Also started to become a Fill-in Control Room Operator in 2020 when other Operators sick/off, and began to train new, incoming patrol guards in 2021.
