I was also given the chance to impart knowledge in the form of delivering 1 on 1 train the trainer sessions to enable individuals to gain the skills to deliver in-house training themselves. At imorph our approach was to creatively deliver training and change attitudes to technical training through our ‘activebrain™’ certified training programmes.imorph’s ‘Brilliant!’ series of training programmes around the use of computerised maintenance management tools such as Maximo and SAP, took the form of interactive process based training with outstanding results promoting brilliant work management practices. We achieved this by focusing on interactive activities and effective communication along with engagement to implement processes, strategies and programmes that created and maintained the changes and results our clients set out to achieve. In recent months imorph have realised that the times and attitiudes towards training are changing and have taken the steps to combat this by offering training solutions which are accessible by Apps, unique Interactive Support tools designed specifically in-house by imorph and portable Toolkits which can be used by clients who want to deliver there own training in-house by chosen individuals.
