I bring nearly two decades of financial services success and a drive to apply that accumulated experience for the betterment of others. My current role of Facilitator has afforded me countless opportunities to help others develop, Whether through facilitation of foundational and continuous learning trainings, the design and delivery of ongoing development workshops, or one-on-one in-field coaching, my goal is for every person to leave more confident in their capabilities and empowered to reach further.Prior to joining Learning & Development, I worked directly with customers and employees in the branches, primarily in management roles. During this time, I led teams of varying sizes in effectively providing financial services guidance and day-to-day financial transactions to a broad spectrum of consumer and business clients. I also developed strong community relationships, established key partnerships, and volunteered regularly with a variety of schools and local organizations.At each step of this journey, I have been passionate about the value of diversity and inclusion and the development of others. I’m always looking for chances to grow and improve myself, but my favorite part of each position is the opportunity to help others recognize their own individual strengths, improve on knowledge, build skills, and achieve their goals. I have always felt the best way to measure a successful leader is to view the achievements they have inspired in others.
