As a seasoned Systems Administrator with over a decade of experience in IT management, I bring a robust skill set in project management, technical support, and system administration to the table. Currently, I serve at ACI Jet, where I support over 300 users in a dynamic, small business environment. Additionally, I have successfully led the migration to a new Cloud-Based VoIP system and implemented a new ITSM system designed to streamline business procedures.Previously, I worked with Allied Digital in various capacities, from Senior Desktop Support Engineer to Project Manager/Transition Coordinator. In these roles, I directed multi-million dollar IT projects, handled international and local software deployments, and worked closely with C-level executives to integrate business solutions.
