Support Metric Analyst
Current- Presenting monthly data throughout the organization on customer satisfaction and call drivers. Sending out daily reporting throughout company.
- Work closely with finance to report on customer churn, COGS, and cost per contact.
- In the process of taking reporting from largely Excel based into Tableau. Requires moving data from disparate systems into Snowflake database. Moving data from systems like Genesys, Zendesk, SalesForce into Snowflake.
