Cabrini Mission Foundation exists to respond to society’s needs by supporting programs of healing, teaching, and caring sponsored by the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus (MSC), the international religious order founded by St. Frances Xavier Cabrini in 1880.

Responsibilities: Led boutique philanthropic services firm. Manage new client business, stewardship and retention. Oversee account work, fundraising feasibility, planning and audit services, development strategy, board recruitment, event management, and corporate sponsorship, and executive search.Accomplishments:  *Launched Swimming Saves Lives Foundation: United States Masters Swimming.  *Managed, International World Cup Competition for USA Pentathlon.  *Supported 2012 Olympic Center of Excellence, SwimMAC Elite Team

Meet regional minimum fundraising target of $21 million. Fulfilled national and regional fundraising metrics via a personal portfolio of major donors and prospects and in-person solicitation. Collaborate with national headquarters’ development staff to identify and maximize fundraising opportunities. Responsibilities: Led the philanthropic arm of USA Swimming. Work to strengthen the sport of swimming from grassroots to gold medals. Raise funds to support programs that save lives and build champions in the pool and life.Accomplishments: *Over $15,000,000 raised *2008: 300% increase in year to year funds raised *2009: 17% increase in year to year funds raised *Led successful $400,000 2010 Federal budget earmark initiative *Implemented Make-A-Splash national philanthropic programing initiative

Responsibilities: Manage a trusted philanthropic and fundraising consulting firm to the world’s leading nonprofit organizations, corporations, private foundations and philanthropists.
