Chris is a serial entrepreneur, finance & economics expert, and product innovator with over a decade of experience in wealth management, macroeconomics, business development and brand building. Always at the forefront of change, he’s able to leverage industry trends and move ideas from concept to retail shelf. His mission: To educate, equip and empower people to be their best through the brands and products he creates. In 2010, after recognizing that the energy drink and organic markets were booming, Chris co-founded a beverage brand at the collision of two massive industries—and filled a gap with healthy energy. Today, he is the CEO of Marquis Beverages, innovating organic energy drinks that offer a healthier, more delicious plant-based alternative to traditional shelf brands. Under his leadership, the company has established a strong U.S. base and scaled with year over year growth. They’re currently expanding their distribution footprint with mass launches planned in national grocery chains and retail giants.Chris advocates for lifelong learning, which is why a favorite career highlight was speaking on Target’s Supplier Diversity Workshop panel about diversity’s impact on retail. This emphasis on education carries over to his company’s mission to change the way people think about energy drinks and raise the industry standard worldwide.Two of his core values are brand authenticity and product integrity—especially when it comes to beverages. He most recently completed a crash course in parenting, as the proud first-time father of a newborn son.
