My responsibilities include.Understanding and experience of the hire to retire process in SAP and Workbrain.Actioning fortnightly payroll reports and distributing to line manager.Identifying and escalating of issues via PPES.Investigate, analyse and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.Process AVACs (Attendance Variation Allowance Claim) and leave forms on a daily basis for a variety of streams including administrative, technical, nursing, operational, professional and medical.Plotting, verifying and publishing rosters for multiple organizational units.Filing of employee documents.Consulting, negotiating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner to develop effective working relationships.Proactively participate as an effective member of a team to achieve identified outcomes/outputs within established timeframes and resources.Maintaining a comprehensive working knowledge of industrial instruments which can be applied to daily work practices.Endeavor to use time management skills to meet work deadlines.Provide constructive criticism to team members.
