Production control lead for mid body. Ensure all parts and standards are available and in new condition for manufacturing. Assist with any and all constraints production has related to parts, standards, tools, shims, and specialty fasteners. Serve as the SRIT SME and trainer, HFMS trainer, 5S focal for first shift AFT MMO, participate in a stage 3 EI team, have participated in multiple production BPS kaizen workshops and was nominated for Boeing's making a difference campaign.

Managed all warehouse functions, staff and fleet, ensured safety, quality and customer service were top notch, identified and implemented continuous improvements and logged completed projects into system, ensured staff was properly trained, maintained KPI board, developed presentations for monthly meetings, interviewed, coached, developed and released direct reports and certified staff on operation of forklifts.

Managed the standards kitting department and other departments as needed, participated on the lean committee and kaizen projects to deliver continuous improvements, analyzed data to forecast customer production needs and kit builds, trained supervisors to standards kitting operations and methods used to forecast, trained employees by ISO9001 requirements, identified and implemented 7S projects.

Developed work instructions, training documents and presentations to ready site for ISO 9001 certification, maintained accurate physical and digital files per ISO requirements, used quality management system (QMS), and trained all levels of staff on ISO 9001 procedures.
