Youth Justice Service; provide essential support to children with out-of-court disposal (OoCD) orders, ensuring their needs are met and their best interests are upheld throughout the legal process. This involves completing comprehensive AssetPlus risk assessments and preparing pre-sentence reports to inform court decision-making, contributing valuable insights into each child's circumstances and needs. Additionally, I conduct direct work with children, including conducting home visits and delivering interventions tailored to their individual needs. Atterding panels to discuss high-risk cases and OoCD referrals, I collaborate closely with colleagues and external agencies to ensure a coordinated and effective response to each child's situation. Furthermore, I maintain regular communication with external agencies to facilitate additional support and resources for the children under my care, fostering a comprehensive and holistic approach to their wellbeing and rehabilitation.

Low Secure Personality Disorder Service; provided support to service users detained under the Mental Health Act within a low-secure environment, many of whom had forensic backgrounds and a history of trauma. This involved completing comprehensive risk assessments, including tools such as HCR-20, START, and RSVP, to inform decision-making within the multidisciplinary team (MDT). Additionally, I facilitated psychological interventions grounded in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as ACT, CBT, CFT, and DBT. Attending ward rounds and Care Programme Approach (CPA) meetings, I actively contributed professional opinions and collaborated with colleagues to determine the next steps of treatment for service users. Furthermore, I delivered detailed care formulations utilising risk formulation tools like the 5 P's, ABC, and Behavior Chain Analysis, while also providing reflective practices and training to fellow healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic and informed approach to patient care.

Community Personality Disorder Service; responsible for helping to deliver a community based, psychologically informed programme of support to individuals with complex needs around trauma and emotional distress, who may have a diagnosis of Personality Disorder. I use elements of evidence-based psychological interventions include DBT, trauma-informed practice and mindfulness relapse prevention skills to form the base of interventions and support in a group and one-to-one basis. I conduct psychological assessments (e.g. Core-10, DTS, CAMS-R) and risk formulation with client under the supervision of a Clinical Psychologist. Working in a multi-disciplinary team, I work jointly with my colleagues to provide a comprehensive approach to care and support, in line with clinical governance and professional guidelines. I support a Clinical Psychologist to compile a service audit and other clinically related administrative tasks.
