Community Personality Disorder Service; responsible for helping to deliver a community based, psychologically informed programme of support to individuals with complex needs around trauma and emotional distress, who may have a diagnosis of Personality Disorder. I use elements of evidence-based psychological interventions include DBT, trauma-informed practice and mindfulness relapse prevention skills to form the base of interventions and support in a group and one-to-one basis. I conduct psychological assessments (e.g. Core-10, DTS, CAMS-R) and risk formulation with client under the supervision of a Clinical Psychologist.
