•Manage business and new product development in EV, Specialty Automotive, Ag, Construction, Military/DoD, OTR, Marine, HVAC, Utilities, etc. product lines as a Tier-1 in Class-A body, structural, & functional products•Solicit, manage, & select source for Primary & Secondary Tooling & other NRE•Lead cross-functional feasibility & quote review of products & develop internal cost analysis to meet processing, cost & profitability targets•Analyze, Quote, Manage the solicitations of new business and ECO’s through short/long RFQ & DFM cycles (3 months up to 3+ years)•Provide direction as technical sales & SME for compression molding (SMC), RIM (DCPD & PU), Thermoforming, value-add process of Manual/CNC/waterjet/robotic trimming, assembly, bonding, manual/robotic paint in support of the DFM process •Review CAD & Prints for product & design analysis for manufacturability, champion Engineering, Design, & Development & DFM collaborative activities when significant re-design is warranted•Prepare & Present material recommendations for thermoset composites & thermoplastic sheet to meet product requirements; provide design guidance & evaluate product/part consolidations solutions•Maintain presence at customer sites & influence various stakeholders (Purchasing, Plant Management, Engineering, Design, Supplier Quality, Directors & Strategic Management, & C-Level Leaders)•Maintain existing business & identify new product, industries, & process opportunities to meet market development & penetration goals•Manage global customer divisions (US, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Germany, Italy, China, etc.) and Supply Base (Primary Tooling, Secondaries, Coaters) within US, Canada, & Italy •Product management from concept through service life of program providing VOC feedback•Analyze, Review, Write, Negotiate NDA's, LTA's, MOU's, & other contracts/agreements•Maintain presence & engagement at industry events, tradeshows, OEM tech days/activities

•Interview and screen candidates for engineering, commercial, and professional services divisions•Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, contractors, clients, and community•Understanding of responsibilities, dynamics, and KSA's of types of positions and industries
