Profile bio

About Christopher Lamp

I grew up with an inquisitive nature that has followed me into adulthood. I credit it towards my many years of growing up overseas; which gave me an additional perspective on life's nuances. I gained over 20 years of cross cultural experience, which exposed me to international traits and characteristics of various groups of people. The term "Jack of all Trades" wasn't just an idiom, it was a way of life that I quickly adopted. I came to realize that no matter what your daytime job was, you came home and fixed the dishwasher; you worked on your neighbors car because they needed help; you helped the German kid with his English homework; you rewired electrical outlets in your garage. You became proficient in all of life's elements necessary to succeed. This way of life evolved through my maturation into a qualitative assortment of skill. Take into account my education, plus my linguistic skills and the rare ability to fit in anywhere I go; I've modestly benefited from everything I've attempted. The entire process has allowed me transform from a "Jack of all Trades" into an "Every Man Jack."I have been blessed with opportunities that many other people are not afforded. All of these instances taught me lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. School taught me that the pursuit of knowledge is never-ending. Military taught me discipline and motivation regardless of fatigue level. Retail taught me that I will work hard enough to never have to work retail again. Deployment taught me that I want to help people in need. Living overseas taught me to have an open mind.I am consistently searching for ways to better myself, to learn more, to volunteer time to aid others, to enhance the environment that surrounds me which includes the people I'm associated with. I would like to impress my qualities upon an industry where I can combine my life's passions with my knowledge and experiences to benefit an organization.
