Interface Developer within the Cloverleaf and Epic Bridges environment. Duties include, but not limited to, Analysis, Design, Development and Support of various interfaces from Epic to disparate systems via Bridges and/or Cloverleaf Interface Engine.Epic Bridges Development: Using custom base interface specification delivered by Epic and tweaking that interface specification by modifying Profile Variables as well as installing any custom overrides to make the interface behave as intended. Creating Error Workqueues to identify any warnings or fatal errors on the incoming or outgoing Bridges interface. Currently working in Epic 2014 but certified in every Epic version from Spring 2006 through 2015.Cloverleaf Development: Using Cloverleaf v/6.0.2 as well as Cloverleaf 6.1.1. The majority of interfaces were developed using one of the HL7.xx standard messages templates. Some interfaces were developed as Fixed Byte or Varying length interfaces. Interfaces were sent using various communication protocols such as: TCP, FTP, and SNA.Participant on Quality Assurance teams for the design, build and testing of interface testing and application patches for Interface Engine, and application enhancement for disparate systems.Interacted with users to understand and identify issues within data being imported or extracted from disparate systems.Test the flow of messages in and out of disparate systems for user and functional (integrated) testing. Documented/Reported outcome(s) to team members.Analyzed and generated Reports for failed test cases and test results with team members.Documented and maintained problems identified during testing activities and track the problems until they were closed. Responsible for error logs on Bridges Error Workqueues and either working those errors or reporting errors to appropriate team.

Responsible for the development and testing of COBOL code for Medipac Revenue Cycle Billing Software and Genesys HR & Payroll systems on IBM VSE and Windows 2000/NT platforms.Interacted with users to understand and identify issues with reports or on-line views.Participant on Quality Assurance teams for the design, build and testing of application patches from developer (myself or team) or from vendor.Prepared and made sure test cases and test plans specify testing overviews and responsibilities.Verified and validated each custom code change whether from developer or vendor.
