Worked the entirety of the summer doing formwork setting up new home foundations and additions to existing homes/commercial buildings. We would study the blueprint, set up and pour footings, lay out wall locations, and set up forms accordingly making sure everything is square at the end. After pouring, grading, and floating the wall, it is prepared for framing with anchor bolts placed appropriately. The next day the forms were stripped, the wall was scraped, and the company would move on to the next job.
